- Get the Vehicle from any Two-Wheeler Show Room, with T/R (Temporary Registration).
- Give the Vehicle to an external Vendor for alteration (based on Physically Challenged Person's requirements).
- After completion of alteration process, collect the Alteration Plan Document from the Vendor while receiving your vehicle.
- Register your vehicle with ADPVEH facility and Life Time Tax exemption , in RTO office, with the following documents:
-> ID and Address proof of the Person. (AADHAAR)
-> Vehicle Alteration Plan document.
-> Vehicle Insurance Document.
- You will get the Registration Card (RC) by post.
- Later, apply for LL (Learning License), with the following documents:
-> ID and Address proof of the Person.
-> Physically Challenged Person ID/Certificate. (UDID)
-> Vehicle Alteration Plan document
-> Vehicle Insurance Document
-> Vehicle Registration Card (RC)
- After one month, apply for DL (Driving License).
Note: - Physically Challenged person gets the DL to drive particular ADPVEH vehicle(s).
