HealthCare :: Homemade Medicated Soup: Medicine RaamRas :: To get Preventive Protection from Cold & Cough Flu.

HealthCare  ::  Homemade Medicated Soup:  
Medicine:  RaamRas (TELUGU రామ్ రస్)
::  To get Preventive Protection from Cold & Cough Flu.


Preparation:
*  In a Tumbler/Cup of Water, add ingredients TurmericBlack PepperOnion, and Ginger.
*  Place it in the Pressure Cooker along with other vessels, as a regular Cooking, up to 5 whistles.
*  Later, filter the Water separately, add Lemon and Honey to it; and have it as a hot Soup.  The remaining filtrated undissolved mixture can be added to the Meal.   
*  Have the Soup daily, at least once.  
*  No side effects.  


Measurements (Soup for One Person):
* Ingredients before Cooking:
  + Water:  (Around) 200 ml.  
  + Turmeric powder:  A Tiny/Pinch.  
  + Black Pepper:  6 pieces.  Crush them to powder.  
  + Onion pieces:  from One Onion.      
  + Ginger pieces:  from Half-inch size of Ginger. 
* Ingredients after Cooking:
  + Lemon:  One
  + Honey:  Quarter-Spoon
 

Note:  
To gain Primary Benefit:  
* Prepare this Medicated Soup at Pressure Cooker temperature, to get best Results.  
* If any uneasiness of 'Cold and Cough' is identified during this medication; 'Drink the Hot Water
or 'Steam inhalation' or 'apply the Cold Balm' or Gargling (i.e., Gargle with 'Salted Hot Water'); to get the Relief.  
* Having this Soup for about 3 Months continuously, can provide a better preventive protection.    
* Having this Soup at Morning/Day time is preferable.  
* This Soup is suitable for all Ages of People (Children, Youngers, and Elders).  
    100 ml of Soup is sufficient for Children.  
* When this Soup is prepared for more People, 
  the quantity of some Ingredients (Onion and Black Pepper) can be increased accordingly and 
  the quantity of remaining Ingredients (Turmeric, Ginger, Lemon, and Honey) can be increased optionally with varying requirements.  
* Diabetic person can have this Soup without Honey.  
To gain Secondary Benefit:  
* While having this Soup (with Honey); 
  the Hot Soup is helpful to reduce weight from overweight, 
  and the Soup (at Room Temperature) is helpful to gain weight from underweight.  
* To get the benefit of excess weight-loss in a better way; it is suggested for not having any other Food, before and after half-an-hour time duration; while having the Soup.
